assigning loan to another person

I have a mortgage in my name for a house in Tennessee. My daughter makes the mortgage payments and I'd like to have her name on the mortgage. Is this possible?

You can try to talk to the mortgage company about putting her name on it but most likely they won't. She also would have to qualify just like anybody else. If she doesn't qualify on her own to get a mortgage, then the company will not put her on.
