My brothers and I are joint owners in my mothers old home none of the brothers help me with the maintance or property taxes what am i to do, they want too much for their 3rd

You are allowed to sue your brothers for "Contribution" and receive 1/3 from each brother for the total amount of property taxes and maintance you have paid out of your own pocket.
