Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Tennessee

buying

The mobile home i live in is in my brothers name. I'm to make all payments till paid off and it will be mine. Is there a form i can get to make this legal and in writing. Thank you.

FIRST QUESTION I HAVE IS, IS IT JUST THE MOBILE HOME, OR THE MOBILE HOME AND LAND TOO? YOU MOST DEFINITELY NEED TO GET THAT IN WRITING TO PROTECT YOURSELF. I CAN ONLY SUGGEST THAT A LAWYER DRAFT YOU A BUY/SELL CONTRACT WITH THE SPECIFIC TERMS OF SALE IN IT.
