Do the daughter's get anything?

A father/husband dies. There's no will. He is survived by his wife and 2 daughters. He owns a small piece of land. Does the wife get all of the property, or does the wife and daughters divide it?

As to the stated facts the mother/wife and the daughters will be 1/3 owners of the property each.
