End of lease
I rented out a house for one year (Feb 01, 2006-Jan 31, 2007). I received first and last months rent. When the lease expired in 2007 it was renewed until Jan 31, 2008. At the end of Jan the lease will not be renewed. My question is does the tenant have right to any funds that were taken initially from the first rental agreement?
