ex's possesions left on my property

have been divorced for over a year, ex husband has left tools, tractors, and basically a bunch of junk on my property, have asked him to remove it several times. How long does this junk have to sit here till i can sell it, throw it out, whatever?

Re: ex's possesions left on my property

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE "STORAGE SPACE" FOR YOUR EX-HUSBAND FOR FREE. DOES THE DIVORCE DECREE NOT PROVIDE A DATE FOR WHEN HE IS SUPPOSED TO GET HIS STUFF?? IT SHOULD HAVE. IF THE DECREE DOESN'T STATE ANY DATE, THEN JUST SEND HIM A LETTER (WITH THAT NEW DELIVERY CONFIRMATION OFFERD BY THE POST OFFICE) AND JUST TELL HIM HE HAS 30 DAYS TO GET HIS STUFF AND IF HE DOESN'T YOU WILL EITHER CONSIDER THE ITEMS ABANDONED BY HIM AND EXERT OWNERSHIP RIGHTS OVER THEM AND START CHARGING HIM A MONTHLY STORAGE FEE FOR STORING THEM OR DISPOSE/SELL THE ITEMS AND KEEP THE PROCEEDS.
