land claiming
I have maintained the maintenance, on a small section of land next to mine, about 250 foot.I have kept it mowed,weeded and so forth for about 7 years now, whjile the owners didnt do anything to it, .I ask the owners of the land if it was ok to place a couple of buildings on the land as well,they agreed.now they want to sell the land,and are asking outrageous price for it,I was told that i could claim the land since i havew been upkeeping it, is this possible.

It sounds like you are refering to adverse possession. One of the keys to it is that your possession of the property must be adverse to the owners. It sounds like they gave you permission to do all the things you did so I don't think adverse possession would apply.
