Land owners fence ?

My neigbor put a fence on my property,The stake is still there and clearly shows he is 45 feet over.He denies it.Im over it. It has been there a year.IM going over today and take it down.THe land is paid for, I have the deed and survey map.I need a Lawyer because Im charging him for using my Land. I have pictues.HE has even cut down my trees! Guess he thinks this women is gonna back down, well hold on Barney!
