Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Tennessee

lease breaking penalties

In Tennessee, is there a housing law that overrides the lease allowing for a lease to be broken at a management company-owned 192-unit apartment complex should the tenant feel unsafe at the apartment complex after his/her vehicle is vandalized while parked at his residence?
