Do i have to leave?

Hello,

My boyfriend and I signed a lease together. on the home we are presently in. I ended it with him because of his behaviors, he is telling ME that I am the one who needs to move since I am ending it. I have two children, already enrolled in school here, etc. What are my rights? He told me I had to be out within 2 weeks.

If your name is on the lease and you are paying your share of the rent, there is little he can do to make you move. However, it sounds like a situation where you would want to move but if you do, make sure he and the landlord release you from your obligation on the lease.
