Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Tennessee
Lot Lord
I live with my fiance's mother and her husband and have been for a month. Today Her lot lord came and said my fiance and I have to move out because that is too many people for our two bedroom trailor. We do not rent the trailor from this woman, we own the trailor. But we rent the lot the trailor is sitting on. Can she do this?

Re: Lot Lord
Yes, if the lease agreement provides for a maximum number of persons that may stay on the lot or for preapproval of landlord of additional folks to stay there.
Review the lease agreement and then contact me or another attorney.
