if some one comes on your property that is posted no trespassing over an over an damages property is it your word against theres or can you have police do something

Contact the local law enforcement agency and ask if you can file charges against the trespasser. The district attorney will need some kind of proof to establish that the person(s) in question are guilty of trespassing and destruction of your property.
