i purchaced a home in Tn, i sold a home in maine 3 years ago. i have the home financed in my name
i did put my soon to be ex girlfriend on the title, what paper (s) do i need so she can sign off on the title?

If your girlfriend's name appears on the title to the property - if her name is on the deed that is recorded in the Register of Deed's office for your county - then she can convey her interest in the property to you be executing a quitclaim deed.
