Quit Claim Deed
Do I actually need an attorney to prepare a Quit Claim Deed or can I just download the document, sign them and have them notarized. My wife and I are going through a divorce and I need to remove her name from the title of the home.

You can try to do so yourself but if you don't do it properly your have no one to blame but yourself. You may be penny wise and pound foolish. I might suggest that the attorney handling your divorce can do it at little or no cost.
