Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Tennessee

Real estate agent misrepresented property

I purchased my home in Jan. 1997. The seller's agent told my agent and myself that the area behind my home which was very wooded and secluded would "never" be developed because it was common property for the subdivision. Within four months all trees were bulldozed. A house is now under construction. It is probably only 20 yards from my back lot line and is directly behind my deck. No privacy at all. All descriptions advertising my home stated "privacy". No one could see into my back yard or deck or home. My question is: do I have any recourse in this matter? Against the real estate agency for false advertisement, false claims about property, or previous owner for same?
