Selling a right way to a property with 13 acres
Can a family menber sell the right of way to 13 acres of land that is to be left to all the children?

The property owner(s) may grant an easement to the property. However, all owners must take part in the granting of the easement.
I need more information, such as who are the current legal owners, who plans to grant the easement, and in what docuement will the other family members take an ownership interest.
