Tenant Rights

Where may I find the tenant laws/rights for humphrey's county tennessee perferrable online or at the public library. Is there a certain code book or something that states 1 - etc. of all laws and rights of a tenant? Thank you

The Uniform Landlord Tennant Act can be found there at Title 66 Chapter 28 but does not apply to all counties. See specifically 66-28-102 for applicability. There is also the "common law" that will define certain tennant rights. This is case law decided by the courts ofer time.
