Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Tennessee
Female raping an intoxicated male?
Out of the blue one day, a friend of
my boyfriend's called him to inform
him that she was pregnant with his
child. My boyfriend was completely
shocked by the news, and told me
that he had never even kissed the
girl and had never had any feelings
for her, much less having a sexual
encounter with her. She claimed that
he was pretty drunk that night. He is
an extremely honest person, who
had only ever been with one person
(excluding the girl who claimed to be
pregnant), and that was a girlfriend
of over a year and a half. Yet, he has
absolutely no recollection of the
event. The girl claims he called her
while drunk, asking her to come pick
him up, so she took him home and
''they had sex.'' She claims that he
''knows what he did'' and that she'll
get the money from him in court. My
question is, if a paternity test proves
that the child is his, how can he
prove that he was taken advantage
of by a woman and that the sex was
non-consensual? or can he? and
even if he can, will he still be required
to pay support?
