Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Tennessee
My friend who is in the midst of a divorce but separated(he soon be ex husband lives in a different house) always every time he sees her in public touches her sexually. She tells him to stop. But every time he gets the chance he would do it again. What can she do about this? will it speed up her divorce. He also sends her Vulgar text and pictures. no matter how much she tells him to stop he wont.

Although this may constitute a criminal act by the estranged spouse, it should first go through your friend's attorney to address. If both parties have attorneys (as they should in a divorce) that can put a pretty quick end to this issue.
