Over friendly Bosses
My Boss recently hired his new bride to join us at our clinic. As they are newlyweds, their passions for one another can be a little uncontrolled at times. It makes the workplace a bit uncomfortable. Confronting him could cost me my job. Please Advise.

The best thing would be to see that if your boss is understanding and serious towars his work and career, tell him indirectly about this so that the work atmosphere is not detroyed.

In part, the answer to your question depends on the size of the employer. For most small employers, there is little that you can do. The best tactic for handling this type of situation is typically a straight forward approach. However, you must recognize the employer/employee dynamic and that Tennessee is an at-will state.
