harrass and abuse

another employee who is mantiplating with me.he has told lies on me,threathing me when no one else is around,scares me.manager turns head,district manager keeps promising to do something.been going on for a couple of months.he abuses policy and don't know what steps to take without losing my job?

Can you tell me in detail about the abuse? Do you know why he has targeted you? Have you made a written report? How big is your company?
