Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Tennessee
Does my situation constitute sexual harrassment or am I being crazy?
I was in a relationship with a business owner for two months,in that time I was asked to quit my job and begin working for him.I was hired in as a full-time key holder for the business and given some ''management'' responsibilities. After the relationship ended I found my hours cut to part-time (after I was told my hours would increase due to the old manager being terminated) , I have been demoted from key holder ( with absolutely no responsibilities ) and I am no longer allowed to take smoke breaks ( because I have been told I am an hourly employee and besides the other owner I am the ONLY person that smokes)I spoke with the new manager about taking my lunch at the end of my work schedule ( which he granted me )just so I can leave work early because I find my working environment unsettling.

Tennessee is at "at will" state, meaning you can be fired at will. You should read the writing on the wall and go find yourself a new job immediately before you are fired.
