Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Tennessee

Termination

I question my supervisor on why I wasnt getting any work. I stated that I didnt agree with what was taking place. I told him I felt I was being treated fairly. He got mad at me at terminated me. What rights do I have and can he do this??

You have labeled your question as one related to sexual harassment, but nothing in your question indicates a claim of sexual harassment.

If you were complaining of sexual harassment and got terminated, that is illegal. If your employer was not giving you any work due to a sexual harassment complaint, that is also illegal. However, if you only complained about not getting work because it was unfair, that is not illegal in Tennessee.
