Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Tennessee
is there such a thing as a peeping tom law?
what can i do if the person or persons looking in my window are under 18? what are my rights under the law and what can i do to protect myself? and since they are under age are the parents or guardians responsible for their actions? what do i need to do?

This would be a criminal matter that needs to be reported to the local police. They, or the local district attorney, will determine if it needs to be turned over to the juvenile autorities.
