Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Tennessee

my wife was sexually assaulted by a doctor at work. the company refuses to take a statement or any action, claiming they are not responsible because he is under contract. what can we do? she is being forced to work with him.

Sexual harassment laws prohibit harassment even by contractors. If the employer is not doing anything about it and the employee has complained properly, the employee's next step is to go to either an attorney or the EEOC.
