Legal Question in Social Security Law in Tennessee
Name Change
My x-husband deserted me and the children and divorced me.
I do not know where and can't find papers. I am told that I need to change my name since I can't show proof of divorce. This has been going on for over 15 years. I need to retire and can't because of this.
