Legal Question in Social Security Law in Tennessee
SSI Backpay \n\nI applied for ssi in january 2009 but I was denied and I did a reconsideration and was approved.I have not received a award letter yet but the people at the social security office told me I was approved. I have been going to therapy for 4 yrs. The social security person who did my claim said asked for papers from my therapist from july 2007. So my question is am i entitled to any back pay?
