Legal Question in Traffic Law in Tennessee
Local car lot not providing title?
I bought a car from a local car lot, I've had 3 -30 day drive-out tags and still no title. They do not return my calls. Am I able to get my money back?

Re: Local car lot not providing title?
If the seller cannot provide valid title to the vehicle to the buyer, the latter may have to file a lawsuit in the appropriate Tennessee court either to compel the issuance of the title or to have a judgment awarded the buyer for the appropriate damages.
