My dad collects v.A. Benefits for agent orange, my questions is can his now wife collect this when he dies.

She can't collect his benefits, but if he dies as a result of the agent orange or other service-connected condition(s) she should be entitled to widow's benefits (called DIC). She should file a claim for it as soon as possible after his death to get the benefit sooner rather than later.
