i have filed an admin tort claim nash tn to keep the statue of limt from exp i have all my med rec from mem va sent all med rec relvent to case to nash tn claim filed 6/10/05 lawer handeling my case ask me to call him 10am/1/1nformed him med rec were sent to him he stated that sometimes you could learn more from talking to a person i informed them by mail i would accept nothing less than 100,000 max amt and 100%ser connected curently 60%ser con should i talk to him?
