2 yeaRS AGO MY MOTHER PUT ALL HER LAND IN MY NAME IT'S REGISTERED AT THE COURTHOUST IN MY NAME ONLY, CAN SHE SELL THIS WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE?

If the land is under your name at the Register of Deeds office, the land cannot be transferred without your approval.
