Copy of will
Help, dad past away,he lived with a lady for 20 years, she was joint on all accounts along with me,she took all money and doesn't want to divide. i only have a copy of a will .she says there was no will.

You did not state what your dad's Will contained but even if your dad didn't have a will, you should be entitled to the entire estate if you are the only heir. If your father never married the woman he lived with, she would be entitled to nothing. If you would like to discuss your options for claiming your portion of the estate, feel free to contact me.
