Credit card debt
My mother recently passed and I am wondering if my father is responsible for her credit card debt. The credit cards were in her name only. I would appreciate any information regarding this. Thank you.

Your father would not nornmally be liable for your mother's credit card debts. That does not mean the credit card companies will stop sending the bills to your father.
