Do we need a deed to our house since it was willed to my husband by his mother & father??

Your husband owns the house provided your parent's estates were probated. If there has been probate of his parent's estates, and you want to own the house jointly with your husband,

there needs to b a deed from your husband to you and your husband as joint tenants with the right of survivorship and not as tenants in common.
