Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee
Distribution of assets without a will
I am remarried. I have two children from a previous marriage and my husband has 1 child. If he should die first will our property be split between me and his daughter?

Re: Distribution of assets without a will
Unless you do Wills whereby your two children are included, your husband's death means you and his one child would be the beneficiaries of his estate. Of course, any property jointly titled between you and your husband all goes to you automatically.
