division of property

my mother passed away in her hand

written will her farm was divided

among her 10 children 7 of the 10

would like to sell their shares of the

land but she put in her will that no

one could sell their land unless it was

sold to one of their siblings and

everyone had to agree The siblings

that want to keep the land would not

be able to pay fair market value for

my land can we sell to someone

outside the family

A lawsuit called a Partition suit can be filed. The court should order that the land be sold at public auction.
