Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

i divorced 2 yrs ago, left home to ex. in divorce he was supposed to remove me from loan and things to do with property. He did not remove me off anything loan or paperwork. He has past away, money was set aside to pay loan off and i have that in the process. I am in no way part of the estate, but this property still maintains him and i as owners. would this go into estate go to his kids or myself??

Without knowing the contents of the Will, it is hard to give a detailed professional opinion. It sounds as if you have a claim to half of the home since he never removed your name from the title or the mortgage.
