help with an estate
Regarding an estate, all property has been sold, everything in the will has been done, the executor will
not write the checks, is there
a way to force him to disburse? What can be done
to expediate things?

As an heir of the estate, you can petition the court for an accounting and distribution. If everything is done, i.e. claims paid, assets liquidated, the Judge can order the executor to dispers to the heirs.
