Who Can Be an Executor or Administrator?
In Tennessee, are there any residency restrictions on the executor or administrator of a will? Can a child who lives in another state be named as the executor in a Tennessee will?

Yes. A child who is a non-resident of Tennessee may serve as Executor of a parent's Will or Administrator if there is no Will.
