Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

Executor descretions following a will

My Dad died and let money to me and my brother. However, his will states it is to be kept in CD's until age 29. My aunt is the Executor and there are no other parties involved. My sister is in dire need of the money. Is there any legal reason my aunt has to follow the will completely, if all parties agree to allow us to hvae the money sooner.
