Executor Fees
If the estates co-executors send a letter to all named benificaries requesting executor fees and do not file a motion to collect these fees prior to the letter being mailed and recieved by all the named beneficaries, will the court uphold thier motion to collect the fees?

Re: Executor Fees
The timing of the letter is irrelevant. What matters is the reasonableness of fees and the Will itself.
