Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

Family being robbed of Estate's intent.

My Father died in Davidson County, Nashville on March 28, 2006. His secoond wife died in 2003 and Dad's dementia became worse as time went by. His despair without a wife and without fully understanding the ramifications of his action drove him to marry a woman whom he had administered the last rites to. He was a Catholic priest. I live in Texas and knew of his marriage. She and he knew one and other shortly before marrying in Sep.2005. She and he had became quite ill and he went into a rehab in the winter. Then he and she ended up in ICU in March. She died on March 11.

He left his house to her (which is fully understandable being his wife.)

There are two beneficiaries, she and I. Neither can contest or the other gets nothing.

She had a son who ran roughshod over Dad's money market accounts and paid himself handsomely to 'help'. One withdrawl was 40,000 and the other was 23,500. He has no POA.

An attorney told us that this crook (the son) would end up with it all and that I had no chance to get the house. This house is paid for and deeded to our family name. How can an anti-lapse statute give the property to someone Dad has hardley known? Mom is rolling in the grave! HELP!
