Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

A friend named my husband and I as executors of her will and she did not ask our permission. We do not want it. What should we do?

You are not required to serve as a personal representative. Really you have two options. 1. God to your friend and ask her to change the will; or 2. do nothing and then refuse to serve as personal representative. Hope this helps.
