Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee
I need to know what kind of form for POA just to handle my grandmothers MLG&W account. I am living in her home, she lives out of state. I can't even ask questions regarding her account until I have a form giving me permission. Help me please..

You need a general durable power of attorney to handle business matters for your grandmother - a properly drafted document will cover this, and should reference the particular account if possible. If she is not incapacitated, then the power must be a present one (effective upon signing) and not dependent upon her disability. An attorney can draft this for you, or you can search online for a 'form' power of attorney (although you always run the risk that the form you buy doesn't include the exact provision you need). An attorney should be able to do this for you in the $50-100 range.
