land deed

my wife received Tennessee land through a will. we want to put both of our names on this deed in joint tenancy with right of survivorship to avoid probate. can this be accomplished with a survivorship deed?

Although I only practice in GA, I am certain that all states have some version of a joint tenancy with rights of survivorship. If you would like a referral to a TN attorney who can either handle this for you or refer to a lawyer who can, please give me a call.
