Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

Several Large Trusts

My husband and I have been told by his family that he will be the sole heir to several seven figure trusts. We, personally, do not have a substantial estate at this time, but know that we need to set up a will in the event of our death as we have a minor child. When we consult an attorney, will (s)he need to know the parameters of the trusts and various wills in establishing our will?

Re: Several Large Trusts

This is a question that cannot be properly

answered in an e-mail format. At the presen time,

setting up your own wills and estate planning

in conjunction with a lawyer seems far more

important than inquiring about the privacy

content of these documents.
