Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee
Why would a law firm ask to see the whole Trust Fund when they would only be dealing with one (1) part of the Trust Fund, (such as the deeding of a house) which is only a small part of the Whole Trust fund?

In your question, it isn't clear what you're referring to as the "whole" trust fund. If you're referring to the trust documents, then it is to be expected that a law firm performing legal work on behalf of the trust would want to review the entire document before proceeding with the work.
In any transaction involving a trust, an attorney should review all trust documents to confirm that the transaction is one authorized by the trust. The only way an attorney can confirm that the trustee has authority to convey property, as in your example, would be to review all trust documents.
