Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

Can I leave a vehicle that I'm still paying for to someone in my will? Person wants to pay for it and get title in their name.

Also, for other vehicles that I own and are paid for, when leaving them to someone in my will, what do they have to do to acquire the vehicles and get the titles in their names?

Sure you can leave the car to someone in your will. Remember that the car would have to be paid for at the time of your death, or the person getting it could possibly finish paying for it, it's just an asset subject to a debt (if unpaid at the time of your death).

Once you die, an estate will have to be opened up in order for the vehicles to be transferred to the person you designated in your will. The personal representative appointed by the court is the only one who could sign the title over to them after your death.
