Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

Money left to me in a will, cannot get until I am 45

I was left money from my father, he wrote in the will that I could not get it until I was 45. he does not stipulate where the money is to be held, only that it is to be in a CD

he wanted me to buy a home with this money, which I am ready to do now at age 32. is there anyway I can get this money now, my aunt, his sister is the executor of hte estate and does not mind for me getting the money if it is legal... I have a copy of the will if you would like to read it, it is short. I could scan it to a PDF and email to you. please advise.

thanks

I would very much like to take a look at the Will to see what the language is and how it affects your distribution. However, I would need to speak with you first. Call me at 423 266-4855. Unfortunately, I won't be back into the office untile Tuesday, the 31st.
