Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Tennessee

My mother signed all her property over to my 2 years, registered at the courthouse in my name only. she now wants to sell some of this property is it legal if i'm not willing to sign?

If the property is in your name only, it is yours, and your mother would not have any right to sell it.
